Im a contractor for Alpha housing, I must say they are a joy to work for!! If I ever have any questions regarding any upcoming works, they are always quick to respond. When I send my invoices in they are promptly paid which is excellent. All the staff are polite and very helpful. I often deal with Laura, she is always happy to meet me on site or answer any questions I have, she is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!!! Thank you Alpha.

Ive been carrying out maintenance work for Alpha on several of the properties they manage for a few years now & always find Laura & the team very professional, friendly & efficient. Communication is good & I am always paid promptly & for their clients I think their properties are in good hands. Its a pleasure to do business with them.

Tricia Walsh 02 April 2023 Since the Alpha team has been involved in managing our large converted dockside property residents have experienced a huge change in communication. The response to most problems is rapid, friendly and thorough. The office staff refer problems to the different areas of expertise and talking with someone new one is assured they have been fully briefed.
