Dreadful parcel delivery service, didnt ring or knock just left a card timed at 2.45 and I was sat on the sofa next to front door. Take a look at yourself sat the collection desk is not a part time service? Taking the proverbial asking go pay rises omg

I have been waiting for a parcel 1st-class signed for over 7 days ago now. And I still havent received it!! The staff are not one bit helpful and dont want to help with the situation! There is no customer care or service for the customers as Royal mail policy is just to say make a complete and see how far that will take you!.

Had to pay a postage charge because I had a letter that was from a company with incorrect postage. Not a personal letter or anything. AND it was somehow delivered a month after sending?? But I missed it so had to go pay the postage, only told it was a letter, assumed it may be from my Grannie who could forget to put stamp on. They should just send things back rather than get me to pay for something from a company that by the time it arrived to me was probably pointless anyway. I was penalised 2.50 for someone else's wrong doing putting on a used stamp. Good system you've got there. Thanks for scamming me. Apart from that experience, almost never have enough spaces outside for parking, so have to awkwardly hover in the way of all the post vans. Service usually very slow. This review is essentially useless though, national services don't improve because the right people don't care.
