Very quickly called me after I sent an email regarding a boiler breakdown, I had only just accepted a visit from another company so wasn't required, but very thorough on the phone and explained potential issues with my boiler as well as what they could do to help in future. One of only 4 engineers in Taunton that responded (out of 15 contacted in urgency and frustration at no replies), and only one of 2 engineers that was able to assist within a day of receiving my enquiry.
