Used to be the best service in the pharmacy but it has gradually gone down hill. Its not good when you rely on the service and need the items specially ordered in to help your health and then they give the items you order to others so you end up running out waiting longer! Never answer their phone too! I think Id give zero star if k could. Poor service.

Worst pharmacy ever ... Rude, lazy staff ... today five employees and all pretend they don't see you ..

They used to provide a decent service. Now the serving staff have no clue what they sell, prescriptions 5+ days later are still not ready and because of this you end up queuing for 10 mins and then standing around for another 20 whilst they get stuff ready. Awful service.

After many many calls not answered, I was given sarcastic remarks when I called in to collect medication for the third time, to be told that the prescription could not be fulfilled. We will think twice about going there again. Absolutely no customer care. If they are busy, surely they should employ more staff.
