        Disgusting Service....Tried for 2 hours, to request a delivery couldn't get through so tried, next day got through, but they only delivered half the meds, no communication that any would be missing, tried calling about this couldn't get through again, so now short of meds....

        Could you please update your opening hours on line. Having checked you were open today I arrived to find that you no longer open on a Saturday although online it say you're open in the morning. Thank you

        Friendly but overworked understaffed pharmacy connected to doctors surgery. Note they are NOT open on a Saturday (or Sunday)

        Has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They never answer the phone, today I called 73 times, no reply, I ordered my medication 14/10/22, it is now the 24th, I have ran out of my meds!!!!! My husband ran round after a 10 hour shift at work to find it is once again closed!!!!!! due to staff shortage!!! Not good enough, complete waste of space, will NEVER use again, the most unorganised, inept ever, they should close down, it is not patients who should suffer because of their complete inadequacies! Do not waste your time, go elsewhere, I am!
