        Had to visit with a rather delicate matter. The pharmacist was extremely reassuring and offered a private room to discuss the issue further. Very professional. Thank you so much for your kindness and reassurance

        I love this pharmacy as I feel like they care. I've been with them for afew years now and have never had a issue. When I start new medication I get a phone call from the pharmacist after a week to ensure I'm getting on OK which I have never experienced before. I have never had to wait more than 5 mins for my prescription and everyone is kind and helpful. You can grab some bargain items from the shop side too.

        Was extremely insulted by a very rude, older male with glasses who turned out to be the pharmacist!! Terrible people skills and made me feel insignificant and very uncomfortable. In the end he sent me off to boots instead as they dont serve my type apparently! Avoid this place at all costs!
