        Poor service, so slow, wait usually for 30 mins in the cold then medicine not ready for collection. Been ordered a week ago but so slow between surgery and bootsI visit regularly and the shortest wait has been 15-20 mins which they could get more staff up front to serve.

        Terrible service. So slow! Customers queuing into the car park on a daily basis. This really needs sorting out! Surely more than one person can serve at one time. Worst pharmacy service on the town.

        Worst chemist in Taunton. Queues for prescriptions are out into the car park on a daily basis. Only seem to ever have one person dealing with queue! Despite the other staff stacking shelves.
