        Been using this groom room for 4 years (since our dog was a 6 month old puppy) they have always done a good job and the dog is happy to go.

        The pet care is excellent their customer care is abysmal. 3 of our last 4 appointments cancelled at very short notice. We have called and left a message to rebook as soon as possible, nobody calls back. They quite obviously overbook not allowing for inevitable staff sickness etc. They keep a deposit to ensure we keep the appointment. Next time (if there is a next time) they should pay us a deposit to ensure they keep the appointment.
