        The pet care is excellent their customer care is abysmal. 3 of our last 4 appointments cancelled at very short notice. We have called and left a message to rebook as soon as possible, nobody calls back. They quite obviously overbook not allowing for inevitable staff sickness etc. They keep a deposit to ensure we keep the appointment. Next time (if there is a next time) they should pay us a deposit to ensure they keep the appointment.

        A lovely lady who works in the groom room kindly helped me fit a harness on my very shy dog yesterday. Lovely lady, very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind- thank you :-))
