        I have been attending this optician's Practice for several years now and infact drive 30 miles for my appointments. Everyone is just so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The service they offer in my opinion is second to none and I have visited many optician Practices in my time. I phoned recently to ask for advice and the person I spoke to, who I think might have been the dispenser, gave his time freely and answered every one of my questions and reassured me hugely about my concerns regarding what my options might be after planned cataract surgery. I would advise anyone to visit Watson & Smith, you will not be disappointed.

        Lost a screw for my glasses while on holiday and called in to see if they could repair it. Staff were very pleasant and they persevered until they managed to sort it and then declined any payment. Old fashioned service that you too rarely encounter.
