Sadly its not great but Mr Park has been a caring and kind consultant explaining everything along the way ,explaining every detail as he has carried out procedures. I came to see Mr Park after my optician diagnosed a cataract induced myopic shift in my right eye following surgery for a detached retina. Mr Park performed cataract surgery on both my eyes, with one month between each procedure. During the initial consultations, Mr Park took plenty of time to answer all my questions, and to set out the options available to me. He was also very clear to give me what I felt was a realistic assessment of probable outcomes. I didn't want to be "promised the earth" only to end up disappointed. I had many follow up questions which he answered fully and with great patience. I settled on toric IOLs, with one eye set for distance, and the other for slightly closer work. At no time did I feel even slightly pressured to decide on one option over the other. The surgeries were carried out extremely efficiently with Mr Park keeping me fully informed throughout the procedures. It's still early days, but I am delighted with the result! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Park to anybody who required a similar procedure.

Having had bad advice and experience from a major provider of lens replacement surgery, I would recommend anyone else going along this path seeks Mr Park first. I emphasise FIRST. I now know my eyesight will never be as good as I was led to believe and the reasons why. Well worth his fees before spending thousands on an operation. Disappointingly, I will still need to wear glasses on some occasions, not the 20/20 vision I was expecting.
