        Neil was proficient and patient. He took the time to explain terminology fully to me, as a first time buyer. Neil found a mortgage deal for me that other brokers were not able to. He fully addressed concerns in emails. Neil was also able to advise on mortgage protection and produced multiple quotes to allow me to weigh up the best option for me. Buying a house is stressful but Neil made this aspect much, much smoother! Thank you Neil!
