        The level of service I experienced was exceptional from start to finish, I went in there completely confused with what engagement ring to buy , but Elena the store manager made it so easy to make me understand and decide. She is extremely professional ,knowledgeable and patient and understanding. I did go to other jewlers but I later returned and purchased from her because of such good customer knowledge and service. Highly recommend Elena.

        Bought a watch from the shop in Taunton, battery went dead after a few months, when I went into the shop they apparently don't have the equipment to change a battery!
