We have been renting through Eden May for the last four years and have found them to be streets ahead in terms of care and communication. Recently our flat has been put up for sale and they have been brilliant in keeping us up to date with what is happening. Jayne and her team go above and beyond, emailing to ensure tenants are OK during electricity outages and offering a place to charge mobile devices if needed. We honestly are hoping that our new landlord will keep them on as tenancy management!

Although not real estate related this kind lady (Jayne) really helped us out on holiday in Croatia, I lost my wallet and she happily helped us with a bank transfer - doesn't sound like much but we were really stuck and it was as if she was heaven sent at the time. Kindness and honesty.

Eden May (and in particular, Jayne) is incredible - the whole experience from the first phone call to finalising my tenancy has been friendly, run smoothly and very efficient! After having had some back luck with other estate agents in the area, I highly highly recommend Jayne and her team!
