My daughter (aged 9) and her friend attended Hollie's Halloween themed yoga session over half term. They had a great time. Hollie pitched the session just right, with a mix of engaging fun activities but also carefully thought out mindful elements such as calming breathing and emotional awareness. I would highly recommend her sessions for kids and teens. Hollie has a real gift for engaging this age group and teaching them some helpful life skills without it being heavy or overwhelming. Just really good fun :-)

Our 7 year old hugely enjoyed her YOU.FUL classes with Hollie: A fabulous combination of mindfulness relevant crafts and practical mindfulness techniques for kids. Hollies teaching style is full of fun, warmth and calm. Our daughter got so much out of the classes, it helped her manage and communicate her emotions better for which we are very grateful. The classes also inspired her to share what she learnt via bite size breathing fairy videos which are now on YouTube. We would recommend sessions with Hollie to any child, in fact if it was up to me, Id make mindful sessions compulsory at school; every single child will benefit!

My now 7 year old had a wonderful year of mindfulness classes led by the lovely Hollie as an after school club/course. She got given a breathing buddy, (a sand filled sea animal) as part of the course and still uses it now when she feels worried or sad. Hollie is so gentle and kind and has excellent knowledge of how to appropriately teach mindfulness to young children. I think its an excellent course with an excellent teacher, we were sad when these had to stop due to lockdowns but will certainly take it up again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Hollie.
