In-Time - Hatchers & Son

I went in to see Suzy with my watch. Some of the numbers had fallen off and were rolling around in the watch, making the hands unable to move. She took the numbers out and didn't even charge. She was absolutely fantastic and so lovely. A week later the watch broke again, I took it back and it needed a new battery, which she fitted while I waited. The next week another dial had come loose and stopped the hands from moving again. She happily took it apart and removed the broken bits and checked over all other bits to see if any were loose. Again free of charge. She is such a lovely helpful lady and has helped me so much. She even recommended watches to buy in the future and made me feel I can go back to her anytime. I wouldn't use anyone else for my watch repairs x

Cannot recommend Suzy at In-Time enough, she always goes above and beyond to make sure your watches are always sorted, even when you have the most awkward watches possible. Always done at a brilliant price, and always able to get them turned around quickly, I wouldn't take my watches anywhere else!

Excellent, fixed my girlfriends watch within 5 minutes, I couldnt set the correct time as the whole pin would come out every time. Great service very happy

Suzy and D were very professional and knowledgeable in repairs of our 30 plus year old Rolexes. They followed up to ensure both watches arrived on due date. Excellent service and both watches as new. Watkin family
