Caroline and her team were outstanding throughout the whole process (from the initial marketing of the property through to the final sale). I was particularly impressed by their availability and support during what turned out to be a tricky sale. I would definitely recommend them as an estate agent who offer that personal touch.

Caroline worked tirelessly from the moment we met her to completion of our sale. She understood our needs, how to market our house and throughout communicated effectively with us and potential buyers. Her considerable experience of selling property was invaluable including in the final stages to ensure the chain was complete and ready to exchange. We are so pleased we chose Humberts Taunton to sell our house and that we had Caroline alongside us.

Caroline, Freddie & Mary deserve more than 5 stars. They are simply the best! As soon as Caroline entered my late mothers house to value I knew I was in a safe and trustworthy pair of hands. Nothing is too much trouble for them and Freddie went above and beyond doing all the viewings. Communication was excellent and I always received feedback after each viewing. I can honestly say Humberts did far more in the first week of marketing the property then the previous agents did in three months! Thank you.

Caroline and her team were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! Through the various ups and downs of a long and frustrating process (buyers and solicitors!), we felt as though Humberts crossed the finish line with us as personal friends! We have sold and bought many houses over the past 30 years, with many agents around the country. I have to say, our experiences with Humberts (this is our second), have been absolutely spot on. A brilliant team with such a great ethos of customer care. We couldnt recommend Caroline and the team more highly (in fact, we have recommended them as often as we can!).
