        After spinal surgery there are things I never thought I'd never be able to do again, my beloved mountain biking days were behind me. I was having to kneel on the floor to load the washing machine and there was no way I could cut my toe nails. Consultants told me this was as good as it could be and as I was in my late 50's what did I expect! Stonegallows Physiotherapy Clinic was recommended to me by AXA Healthcare and I was lucky enough to make contact with Emily Gadd. Emily has turned my life around, I can stand and bend to touch my toes, ride my bike like I just robbed a bank. I can lift, carry, twist and turn - it's been a long road but I have my life back through the skill and expertise of exceptional physiotherapy.
