All good, as expected with a fine range of trainers and very helpful staff. I spontaneously bought some sky blue Crocs much to my 13 yr old daughters horror.

I couldn't find a pair I liked but that's not the stores fault. Staff had handheld devices so they could check stock, really handy. They also were more than helpful when I was trying some on.

If you are looking for customer service...this shop is not the one. Staff can't even make eye contact with you or even say good morning when they open the shop. The guy serving us literally snatched the box of trainers out of my friends hand.... honestly so rude...think they might need head office to come down and teach some customer service.

Not impressed - Asked to use the fitting rooms. Was asked to wait whilst it was checked if they were open. Fitting rooms were eventually unlocked for me to use, only to be told no bags allowed. When I asked where do I put my bags the JD staff member said theyd hold my bag for me. Why should I, as a customer be able to trust your JD staff to look after my bag when JD staff cant trust their customers to take bags into the fitting rooms. Very odd situation. I walked out and took my custom elsewhere.
