        Very grateful got the girls black school trousers we needed that couldn't get elsewhere near us. Helpful staff who knew products, measurements and were on hand. In the end we got 2 pairs, a 25" & 26", for future.

        The shop is tidy and well stocked but the customer service is a little lacking. I bought a pair of dance shoes for my daughter and the shoes had different laces. I brought this up and was told, "They came like that." and "You don't have to have them." It might not be a big thing for most people but as my daughter is autistic, it makes things more challenging as I've had to buy a pair of matching laces as well as the shoes. In all honesty, if my daughter's current dance shoes weren't worn to within an inch of their life, I would've gone somewhere else.
