Mercedes-Benz of Taunton LCV

Anyone with an older Mercedes van looking for a Mercedes dealership with a real world attitude, look no further. Taunton LCV are an absolute gem, they still have the early generation diagnostics to hand with very capable staff in the workshop utilising it, and fair MOT testers to boot. Also the two Chris's in reception went above and beyond, getting me in extremely quickly and were very understanding of what work I required to be carried out. I've been to many Mercedes dealerships over the years, which due to previous experiences, had left me extremely apprehensive of visiting another........ however, I'm pleased to report, this is by far the most relaxed and friendly one I've ever dealt with by a long, long way. Free coffee too! (which goes a long way in my book). All the best guys, keep doing what you're doing, Tom.

Very helpful staff used them over the past ten years, but my experience recently work done to my vehicle trying to upsale item's that wasn't needed, so call needing all new brakes on the rear, as these where done not that long ago and has been thorough a mot the day before with no problem, and then told that my vehicle would not pass a mot as the marker lights had led bulbs in, since I have be told by other garages that this does not come in to the mot at all and was missed informed. My vehicle passed the next day at another mot center.
