Evolution Martial Arts Centre

Brilliant classes, been going for a couple of months and Im enjoying every session, training along a friendly group that are also European champions Is amazing!! Despite all their medals they hold not one of them shows any sign of arrogance or over confidence. Having tried some clubs prior for a couple of sessions, they are some big heads out there, which is a shame because the training is good, but you feel uncomfortable as a new comer, like no one wants to pair with you, and when they do all that happens is you end up holding the pad for them and get the impression they would rather be paired with someone else. Not welcoming at all, and other clubs just dont deliver on training but are friendly. So finding evolution which delivers on all levels is a god send. Cant recommend enough. A real friendly, welcoming atmosphere, great structured training, very well equipped and knowledgeable instructors.

Want to train from zero, with a supportive but challenging environment? Francis and the other students are fantastically welcoming and patient - even when I couldn't catch my breath for several portions of the class due to my 25 years of bodily abuse and lack of exercise! I cannot recommend Evolution enough.
