What a fantastic company! My elderly neighbour had fallen inside her house having left her keys on the inside of the locked door so we couldnt get in to help her. Knowing in present times there would be a long wait for help after calling 999 I rang this company to help gain access to help her. They responded so quickly and the elderly neighbour would undoubtedly have been more serious had it not been for their speed in dealing with this. Absolute heroes and great door handle fix afterwards too. Thank you so much!

Anglian don't have an emergency service and TLS warned me that replacing my faulty Anglian fitted lock would invalidate my warranty. They didn't need to replace my lock but they fixed it promptly to the point where it's the smoothest it's ever been, and at a fair price. I have no hesitation in recommending them and in future I would have no hesitation in letting them replace my lock and invalidating my warranty. If there were 10 stars they would get 10. Excellent.
