HOUSING DEPT - 2 whole days at the offices without being able to see anyone. Hours and hours waiting on the phone with no answer, no call back when promised, rude when I finally got through. Totally unacceptable use of my hard earnt taxes!

Ignored for information requests, ignored request for minute's for a planning meeting. Nothing new just as disfunctinal as the old Mendip, well what can one expect from a history of maladministration and personal prejudices. Shame on them, here goes a letter to the chief executive and then to the ombudsman no doubt! Sad state of affairs.

The Taunton National Probation service part funded by the Somerset Council has been running an abusive service to Tauntons vulnerable population. Mark Cooper Haime from Torquay stock southwest likes to lie to his clients at every opportunity to incite negative reactions so he can incite the court with Perjury paperwork. M. Cooper Haime will threaten clients with pieces of "rope" hoping they say "yes" to his false attempts at getting breeches sent back to the courts, he will lie in every single meeting & contradict himself at every opportunity. He will "use" untrained, unregistered & unlicensed practitioners from Catch 22 to gain information on vulnerable people with the intention to inflict psychological damage towards those who are disabled, with MH difficulties to satisfy his own ego. M. Cooper Haime will conspire with Managers from the local council Julia Sabey to have housing meetings with vulnerable clients without legal solicitors being present at those meetings, Cooper Haime will often throw his toys out the pram when he don't get his own way making verbal threats to clients by making BS complaints back to Avon & Somerset abusive Police. Cooper Haime will use home visits to search clients property's without the need of a search warrants as he feels he is above the law, he will also allow housing officers like Christopher Baxter to attempt break ins, into tenants property's while they are away from flat. Cooper Haime who has the basic qualification as an under grad in Criminal Psychology is a pathological liar and a narcissistic probation officer causing psychological distress towards others. Cooper Haime will also deny any access to PNOMIS records when asked for by his clients, making out he dosent have access & playing dumb at every opportunity, its taken Mark 3 attempts to get a job as a corrupted probation officer which demonstrates his persistent attitude to get his own way, fully supported by his unprofessional manager Clair Evans!

Useless is a understatement phoned to report a pothole twice that has been getting worse in the fourt of my house that is on the pathment and they have no interest or no intention of repairing it people have injured themselves and kids have fell off their bikes and onto the road if it was the posh end of the town they would sort it within a few days but there excess is its fine and they will keep a eye on it I believe they just can't be bothered.
