Shambles. Risdon were the Solicitor for our buyer and I would not recommend them from my experience of their service. They were slow to get back to all correspondence, and delayed exchange of Contracts, despite having extra time to be prepared. They sat on our answers to enquiries for two months' before reviewing them the week before exchange. It became more frustrating when they were chased but did not respond. They ignored our Estate Agent, despite promises of phone calls back. From my experience, it was all a muddle and caused everyone in the chain great frustration. A response to this review will be based around 'I'm not the customer' but I experienced and suffered from the poor service they delivered.

Used this company for house purchase/sale plus writing of a will for me and my wife. The processes were professional, friendly and efficient at reasonable costs. I'd recommend them.

We found them very efficient, helpful and friendly. We felt that they were always on the ball with our sale and purchase and doing their best to get things moving as quickly as possible. They were quick to respond to our queries. All in all we were totally satisfied and would strongly recommend them.
