Lord of the Plants

For five years Sam has been working with us, helping to transform our previously rampant one-and-quarter acre garden into a manageable delight. He has landscaped, making new beds, helping to build patios, arbours and paths, maintained large shrubs and small trees and hedges as well as taming a small copse and rhododendron walk which now contain an abundance of spring bulbs and plants. Sam has a special talent however, in recommending and nurturing plants and suggesting planting schemes. As well as being a thoroughly reliable timekeeper and communicator Sam has been a pleasure to work with and he will be greatly missed following his move away from our area.
