An impeccable service from start to finish, resulting in the installation of very beautiful plantation shutters in our conservatory. Duncan was very responsive after my initial contact and gave generously of his time and expertise from the outset. There followed a comprehensive, unrushed design visit, a reasonable quote given the quality of the service and product and a dream fitting. The result exceeded my expectations and has transformed our conservatory into something very special: classy, better insulated in winter and more usable in summer due to the flexibility afforded by the shutters. From the first conversation with Duncan, I knew that I wanted him to do our shutters for us! He was warm and enthusiastic about our project as well as passionate about his product. From start to finish, he offered a personal and outstanding service which is rare to find! We had a fabulous morning designing the shutters and when they arrived, he was totally involved in fitting them and ensuring that we were happy with each stage! I knew that the shutters would look amazing, but wasn't prepared for the finished result. They have exceeded our expectations and are absolutely stunning!
