Recent feedback following some workshops i delivered was very positive: Hi Sharon I just wanted to pass on our thanks for coming to see us last week. The feedback has been brilliant and a sample of some of the quotes from our staff have been Thought provoking and very interesting and informative , Sharon has a very soothing voice and the talk was interactive and fun I learnt a lot about myself and I will now be more positive and give my brain proper instructions The relaxation section was also very good and I was so relaxed I didnt want to open my eyes Everything Sharon said made perfect sense; her narrative about avoiding situations because of previous negative encounters and focussing on the negative really resonated with me. I also had a light bulb moment when she acknowledged how cathartic it is to accept that the past is in the past and move on by focusing on positive goals. I would encourage anyone who thinks that her sessions wouldnt be their cup of tea to give it a go; you will be pleasantly surprised. You really did make a difference to our staff and I know a few have already spoken about contacting you outside of work which is great news. Thanks you again, we really do appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to come and see us.

I visited Sharon for a few sessions for Hypnotherapy and she really helped me overcome anxiety by training me to think positively. She is a very lovely lady who really took the time to support me . I couldnt recommend Sharon enough! Lauren.

Lovely down-to-earth friendly lady who had the knack of getting me, a sceptic about such things, to realise that hypnotherapy can help in many problem situations which we all face from time to time. Fees seem reasonable to me, and Sharon will do a no-obligation free initial session (2014) so you can decide if you want to go ahead or not. Highly recommended.
