        Immensely positive experience. Elise was excellent at explaining the scientific principles of hypnotherapy and putting me at ease as to what was involved. The sessions were incredibly successful at dealing with my issues, and combined with the recordings she provided, soon produced huge improvements. After a few treatments I was confident enough to go from regular sessions to booking when I feel I need a "top up". I would recommend Elise without hesitation for an extremely professional yet friendly and relaxed treatment.
