It was the first time I felt listened to, I told her what I really wanted - a fringe / bangs - every other hairdresser always told me it wouldnt work, because of my cow lick at the front, but Ali made it work so well that I still use the same method she did, and I never even thought of doing it that way.
I wanted to give her some praise, 10/10 experience, thank you for actually hearing what I wanted and making it work.
