food cold , ordered a egg and bacon muffin without cheese they decided not to give me any egg so I paid over 4 for 2 pieces of bacon in a muffin that was burnt around the edges

Very bad experience. Have been here many times but just keeps getting worse. I asked for some extra mayonnaise in my burger because the app was glitching and wouldnt let me add it. I was told that it wasnt possible because apparently it would cost McDonalds too much. Funny how they can put ketchup or mustard in though isnt it. Some members of the management team at this restaurant are nice but the staff are clearly not happy with their job and dont value working for McDonalds - I asked for some ketchup and the staff member refused to give it to me until I showed them the contents of my order bag. I was absolutely appalled at this and had to ask the manager to get me some ketchup (he was very polite and got it immediately). Needless to say I wont be coming back here. Not impressed at all.

Missed food. Rude when asked for a refund of missing food. Serious attitude adjustment required. Am I just supposed to accept paying for something I didnt receive or free food at a future date? Not the first time its happened here either. Lack of care and attention to orders, they werent even busy.
