Orchard House

Me and my partner would give this 10 stars I'f we could this place is brilliant !! All the staff are calm and we'll spoken to you from ariving there until you leave the service they provide for you is exellent we was there for 14 weeks in total and finished everything that was asked from us. All staff and social workers are passionate about there jobs and really do want you to succeed and go home with your baby. One of the hardest things ive had to do in my life and my partner but the best opportunity to change you lifestyle and better your self as a parent and we are so grateful about the assessment and wat its taught us. We want to thank orchard house and say keep up the good work making families that need help get wat they need ur a credit to people and the children. We will keep in touch on our progress but once again THANK YOU

After doing a 12 week assessment with my husband and son I can say I'm now home this place has actually helped so much in learning things I never knew or thought that mattered in life. I'll admit I did have ups and downs but it's never held against you for having feelings as can be a stressful environment. The staff are also all very friendly and very helpful also the social worker wont mention name but H has really helped us to achieve what I thought wasnt going to happen I commend this place I really do and the support and help they give so you can leave with your child. Can't say much yet but will soon but all I can say is stay well away from this place all I have seen is good reviews but only off the ones who passed as they were puppets and I know as 2 of them were in there the same time as me please please do not go to this place if you want to keep your baby's go to a different place

The worst place I have ever set foot in some staff are rude and very abrupt and think it's alright to touch your belongings. Living in the house has really been a nightmare and if you have a chance then go somewhere else. Worst experience of my whole life it has put me on edge of who I can and can't trust this needs to be stopped its inhumane and very painful to go through. Nobody's parenting style is the same and it feels like you are forced to do it their way or the highway. I feel so sorry for the parents who actually come up here. You cannot talk freely everything you say is recorded and if they dont like it they tell you to be quiet. This is the worst place I've ever been cant do anything without being judged and watched constantly it's a disgrace and a joke.

After doing 14 weeks at orchard house, we are going home after a positive outcome. Im so grateful that I got a chance to come here and prove to my local authority that we can be good parents. Whilst being at orchard house doing your parenting assessment you do loads of workshops, which come in so handy and you learn so much information. Its been a hard 14 weeks and you have to work so hard but its so worth it in the end, the staff here are mainly lovely and supportive. You have amazing staff at cannon lodge and the social workers all aim to keep you together. I cant thank orchard house enough for what theyve done for us, and giving us the opportunity to come here to prove ourselves. All I can say is if you ever need to come to orchard house, as scary as it sounds and with all the reviews its not as bad as you think they really want the best for the children.you can learn a lot of things coming to orchard house and Im grateful I got the opportunity to do so! Thank you so much orchard house and cannon lodge keep doing what your doing and supporting families!
