I would strongly recommend Elaine! I passed my practical today first time and it was all down to the support and guidance from my driving instructor Elaine, she is fantastic; calm, patient and encouraging! I would recommend her to anybody looking to start driving lessons. I was finding it difficult to keep calm and collected through my driving lessons learning to control my nerves Elaine was able to support and encourage me to gain confidence in myself behind the wheel, she made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped into the car and made a daunting task feel easier. Thankyou Ellisons and Thankyou Elaine for all your support throughout x

I appreciate your perspective as the business owner. I apologize if my feedback came across as lecturing. That was not my intention. I understand that you have a lot of experience in running your business, however, as a customer, I have certain expectations (level of professionalism and quality of service) when I pay for a service and would have liked to discuss. I believe the response time could be improved, and that the service I received did not meet those expectations. I thought it would be helpful to bring it to your attention. I wanted to share my feedback with you, to provide suggestions or insights if you're interested, but ultimately, the decisions on how to run your business are up to you. I understand that the instructor was occupied with lessons and could not reply to my wife's message on Monday evening. However, the lack of communication and delay in response has caused inconvenience to us, as we were expecting a prompt reply. As paying customers, we expect timely and efficient communication from a driving school. While I appreciate your explanation, I still find the level of service unacceptable. Prompt communication is an important aspect of customer service, and it is disappointing to experience a delay in response. I believe that effective communication is essential for any business, especially in the service industry. I understand that you wish my wife the best of luck with another driving school, and we will indeed be looking for an alternative that can provide reliable communication and prompt service. I passed my driving test first time this morning!! Ellisons were fantastic and so quick with arranging a start date for me with lessons back when I began learning to drive in April. The process was so easy. I couldnt thank Judit enough!! Not only was she a fantastic teacher, she always made me feel at ease, comfortable and confident. She has been absolutely brilliant. Ill miss both her and our lessons very much. Thank you for helping me get my freedom Judit, youre an absolute star

Loved learning to drive with Colette, I didnt have many lessons and got a cancellation and pass my practical test first time!! So greatful for having an amazing instructor to teach me to drive. Will miss having our lessons. And will always hear you telling me to check that mirror . Thank you ! (TobyHall)
