Thank you ever so much Jo for all your help and advice! Me and Pongo joined the 8 week reactivity programme. Jo took the time to learn about Pongo as an individual and showed me how to help him all round (in the home and outside) so that over time there were improvements in all areas. Jo taught me the knowledge into understanding why my dog is behaving this way and then taught me the skills in how to teach him to become a more confident and happier dog! Jo didnt just give me a tool and told me what to do like a previous trainer had done. For the best and long term results it is not a quick fix and it is not something thats going to happen over night. I have seen huge amounts of progress and am so much more confident in knowing that Im now doing whats best for my dog rather than making the situation worse and making him more anxious, lots of positivity in the right way and no punishment is the way forward! Now that the reactivity programme is over, I cant wait to join some of the other groups/sessions that Jo covers, such as reactivity walks, scent work and the DogHub (theres even more). Thank you Jo, for being there every step of the way, for feed back and guidance. Me and Pongo cant wait for more! This lady is amazing, professional, friendly and caring. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Jo was recommended to me by my Vet and is quite simply amazing. She is highly qualified dedicated and a consummate professional. She manages to impart her wealth of knowledge in a relaxed and positive style. Her classes strike the right balance of informality and structure and the results achieved are incredibly rewarding for both the dog and owner. I cannot recommend Jo highly enough whether it be seeing her on a one to one basis to overcome any problems or attending her training classes.
