        Went into this store at 8.52pm on Tuesday 16th August, it closes at 9pm, all of the terminals said that the store was closed, there was a member staff behind the tills, I asked if they were still open only for online orders was her reply, I said so if I order an item on my phone I can get it? a male member of staff then came out from the back and said only if you can do it in 5mins. There is no phone signal inside the store so that was never going to happen, I only wanted a phone charger cable so I asked if they would just look one up for me, they were unprepared to do it, customer service non existent, I cant imagine it wouldve taken 5 mins to find a charger lead.

        The manager I think his name is Darren has no customers service is a jobs worth and incompetent not happy at all with there service and out of principle I just buy online from now on and argos lost another customer
