Blackbrook Dental Practice

Been waiting weeks for a denture plate, appointment booked to fit today only to be told the lab have not finished it off properly apparently not the surgerys fault but surely they get checked prior to someones appointment to make sure all is ok disappointed is an understatement.

I'm a very nervous patient and so going to the dentist can be very stressful! My dentist left so I was assigned to a new dentist who had joined the team from Ireland. She is a breath of fresh air! Her interpersonal skills are so good. She's kind and really put me at ease. She's very open to having a little chat and this really helped with my anxiety. Such a lovely person. I know she will be going private in the near future but I will remain with her.

Awful dentist - the dentist was trying to push my husband into spending loads of money on things that wasnt necessary to have making him believe it was essential. The dentist is rude and has been to me, my husband and mother - hes gone to carry out procedures on both my mother and husband without fully numbing the areas and wouldnt listen when they said they still had feeling and to make him stop. Now they are privatising the practice and I can absolutely say we wont be staying

Wonderful service had a back tooth removed expertly done, feeling a little wobbly after, so sat in reception with a cup of water and a very kind receptionist called Alison who sat with me and made me feel at ease till I felt better to leave.

I had two emergency appointments at Blackbrook within 5 days. There were different receptionists both times and they were all so helpful and welcoming. I was seen by dentist David and Martin, both of them were very professional and the treatment I received were painless and quick. Thank you!
