        You have to guess when the staff will be there so you can collect your money. Edit: Yes, Im aware that staff need breaks, you need to schedule two people then so that the bureau remains open. Its not up to the staff to have to deal with this.

        Emilio was absolutely appalling today. Condescending, derogatory and rude. Felt like he was on a bit of a power trip. Not a great team member for the face 2 face part of your business
