Judging by the Jaguar I was sent 'plenty of life left in the frets' means extensive fretwear and 'one or two little nicks on body' means chunks of wood missing from the neck. I've since learnt that the replacement switch fitted wasn't even wired in properly. No paperwork or response from seller, maybe he knows when he's sold a dud. Other people seem to have had good experiences with this firm but I would advise caution..

Bought a Shinichi Ubakata Epiphone es-355 and couldn't be happier, the guitar is in immaculate condition and was very well packaged. Keith was very responsive and I will be buying from here again I am sure.

Bought a Gibson Memphis 335 2006. Absolutely as described. Communication excellent and brilliant support around purchasing and any potential issues. There were no issues , everything as described, price was fair. The guitar is excellent, beautifully clean with perfect flame. It played beautifully. I changed strings and have played it every day since. I can highly recommend this seller

Ordered a guitar for EU, so there were issues with border, tax etc.. so I actually didn't get the guitar in my hands, the guitar was sent back. What I really didn't like was the customer service. Before to buy the guitar I sent an email asking for a few info, and they replied me in a few hours. Then, when I was having trouble with the shipment and the taxes (I sent 3 emails in 2 weeks), they never replied.
