Customer service is really hard to maintain when the cashier is sat on the phone while serving customer after the customer! Its just bloody rude!

Weve lived in area for 14 years and seen a number of different owners of Trull stores in this time. Sanjay and his wife have worked extremely hard over COVID (and beyond), to provide for the locals and their needs. When Trull post office closed, it was a bonus that they have took up PO services also. Weve always found all the staff very friendly and helpful.
