The NHS is giving out the wrong postcode. You will end up in a residential block of flats. Anti vacs have taken down the signs. Nightmare to find unless you know the area. GP surgery doesnt even know where it is and the NHS said there is no phone no. So we ended up lost and stranded. Nightmare!

Very well organised, staff and volunteers extremely helpful. Just a shame that Google maps directions were wrong - turned us into Youngmans Place, which has no vehicle access to the vaccination centre, and pedestrian footbridge was locked shut! Go via Canal Road to drive straight into the dedicated car park

Efficient enough setup with plenty of parking and once you are inside it's simply a case of waiting your turn. More is known about the potential side-effects so there is a more comprehensive set of questions prior to getting you vaccination or booster. If you are queuing outside there is no protection from the elements. If you are unfortunate enough to have queued in the wrong queue then staff on hand will redirect you inside to the head of the queue you should have been in. Perhaps the queuing system could be improved by having queues clearly signposted. The staff were clearly patient and caring in handling the anxiety of someone ahead of me

Very impressed again with the implementation of the vaccine rollout and booster jabs. Very well organised, and everyone involved in the process wonderful. Many mistakes have been made during this pandemic but the performance of the NHS and the health services has been exemplary.

Very well organised and marshalled. The car park is double spaced to give any car space for disabled access. Our day, Saturday, was quote busy with bookings and drop-in access for a while. We waited 65 minutes past our booked slot, 30 min queuing in the open air. So dress warmly!
