Absolutely abysmal service. My friend has tried to refer himself and repeatedly used call back because no one ever answers and then no one bothers to call back. Self referred via website and wait weeks for someone to call and then another 5 calls later, repeating the same answers and being told the nurse prescriber would offer medication to reduce cravings and then subsequently told that it's not possible until he is sober. He wouldn't be asking for help if he could GET sober by himself. Not fit for purpose

Contact went on holiday so missed phone call. Missed the second phone call due to still being at work. Then received a second class letter, posted on a Thursday, saying I had seven days to respond or my case would be dropped. I've had to deal with this particular place once before and this does appear to be the standard. The individuals seem fine. The organisation is a shambles. Update: Please don't be despondent. There are schools of people out there wanting to help and a massive wave learning how to, because they have been EXACTLY were you are.

I have recently moved to Taunton and needed to find local drug and alcohol support meetings as I am unfamiliar with the area. A very helpful and lovely lady called Sarah came out and helped me by giving me the address and times of local groups. Very professional, friendly and approachable team Thank you again.

As a carer, I was shocked and deeply concerned for my client! Whilst I was with him, he was talked down too constantly, told he had a positive test, when they retested it was actually negative! Absolutely useless! Make a complaint, even probation makes a complaint and you get kicked out with no ongoing support! Disgusting, never in my career have I ever come across such a useless company
