Tim was brilliant. He carried out a buildings survey on a house I was purchasing and found very significant structural problems, so he saved me from a bad purchase there. I recommend asking him to have just a quick look at the house details before you get too far down the buying process, because it's always better to know potential issues early. Tim spent hours talking me through the survey results and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. He was very thorough and I feel like I now have a really good understanding of what I need to do on the house I'm now buying.

My husband and I recently asked Tim to survey a property that would have been a very significant investment. He did a superb job highlighting issues that only his expertise, thoroughness and attention to detail could reveal. We particularly appreciated the many photographs he took which enabled us as lay people to understand and see things for ourselves. He also talked us through any photographs we didn't fully understand explaining everything in a most helpful way. We are very grateful to Tim and would highly recommend his services which we will most certainly employ again ourselves should we find another property that falls into his geographical area.
