The most heartbreaking and hilarious charitable shop ever! Ridiculous prices! Absolutely no clue about anything and the staff are nearly always rude! All in the name of spreading the good word to poor countries!

Staff need to be more friendly.Went in here and got pounced on for not wearing mask explained that due to medical reasons my mother could not wear one.(people who are exempt are anxious enough as it is due to people glaring at you because you are not wearing one) She then proceeded to tell another customer off for not following the arrows - which is fair enough if he had to pass another customer but there was no one else there. She was waiting for any excuse to be bossy. Out of all the shops I have been in since covid charity shops (especially this one) are too strict and is making people anxious. We (the public) are not stupid and are aware about keeping safe we don't need some member of staff bossing you about because they think they can!

Two points to make here. Staff and manager quick to not allow a small westie on a lead to wait in the entrance area with my friend, out of the sun, not causing any bother at all. But....A curtain in the changing room rail too narrow so gaps down one side or the other allowing no privacy- manager said 'we are working on it'. I did point out there were wide full length curtains in the shop they could use. The hanging of said curtain was the next obstacle-really? Not good enough.
