Alfresco Catering

Tony and the team catered for our wedding. 5 stars even with some issues around communication leading up to the big day. - this is understandable as its a busy time of year. When we did catch up, he was very helpful and reassuring. Nothing was problem for Tony, he was flexible throughout and everyone throughly enjoyed the food. We would recommend them to friends. Thanks again.

Were really excited for having our wedding catered for especially after having to postpone previously due to covid restrictions... but when it came to getting the ball rolling again and catching up on all the details we were greeted with a very poor attitude and it felt quite clear that he didn't really want to cater for our wedding and kept going on about how he had other things on that weekend so we had to "make it worth his while" by paying double what we were originally quoted! We were told if we had less guests he was going to up the price even more and wanted to charge 20 a head even for a toddlers meal! We all felt we were treated and spoken to very poorly with no manners and our wedding was made to feel rather insignificant and more of a burden. We all came off the phone that evening feeling extremely low and promptly found a much better caterer with everything we wanted at a much more reasonable price. It's unfortunate to have to leave a review like this but we didn't deserve to be treated the way we were .
