        Not acknowledged when walked in, stood for a couple of minutes completely blanked. Wanted to open a 3 year bond . Will go else where now .

        Staff in Taunton are very friendly and helpful but beware of going through the main office to make apts. Main office doesnt necessarily know local circumstances. Protocol procedures are length due to data protection but guess that is true everywhere now.

        Very appalling , changing our mortgage to another lender should have been simple but with all the hold ups , we have been charged and extra 336 on top of our already paying 760 a month mortgage payments so thank you Skipton !!!!!!
