        I have been working with Barratt and Canniford for several years- more recently at a major refurbishment ( 2.2m ) of the Main Street of Somerton. This involved the retention of the facade and demolition of the existing construction behind to form top class retirement apartments and retail outlets at ground level. The works were not without problems but B and C impressed with a can do attitude to overcome the issues and bringing the works to a satisfactory completion to a high standard. My previous experience with B and C involved a multi million pound new build hotel and a major student accommodation provision for Richard Huish College. Both contracts were very successful.         unhelpful over the phone - wouldn't even talk about estimating costs on house I'm going to buy until I've bought it. How are you supposed to plan things with an attitude like that?
