        The place has a real luxury Hollywood feel to it, however, very few staff there, and the ones that do work there seem miserable as sin! Customer service is not up to scratch at all. Other than that, the facilities themselves are fine.

        Very enjoyable experience with friends and family. The aisles can be tight for 5+ people. Bowling system is well designed and easy to setup. The food is great but can be pricey for larger groups on top of the price to bowl. The arcade is full of cool machines and is fun for kids to run about all the lights and music. Parking has not been much of an issue, on school holidays it can get pretty busy.
