Excellent. They had a promotion for their serum and the staff member I dealt with was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Great experience.

I visited Taunton high street Boots pharmacy to collect some medicine but the lady behind the counter had some difficulty with the prescription. After being there for 30 minutes she asked me to go to another pharmacy across the town as they close at 4 pm. She also informed me that the pharmacist will leave at 4 pm and it will not be possible to dispense, in fact the pharmacist left at 4 pm, knowing that there is a challenge within the team. I was very disappointed and voiced my unhappiness. Luckily the Asian gentleman behind the counter was able to dispense the prescription within 5 minutes, thank you, which his colleague was not able to do in 30 minutes, beside this I was amazed to see the pharmacist leaving the department on the dot with knowing the challenge within the team. I m also an NHS employee and I believe we need to be more efficient and patient friendly in running an effective service,
