I began the course of six laser treatment in March 2021, finishing in June 2022. This cost me 350 (after 45% discount as part of promotion). I noticed a substantial difference in hair loss after the first few sessions. However, after approximately four sessions, the staff began to reschedule/cancel appointments, often giving very short notice, even a few hours before the appointment. This was extremely inconvenient for two reasons. Firstly, I was a university student with a busy schedule and limited financial resources. I cancelled plans and wasted money on expensive train tickets to attend my appointments, only for them to be cancelled last minute. No offer has ever been made to compensate me for these losses. Secondly, having so many cancellations was very worrying, considering how crucial it is to ensure that laser is performed exactly every 4/5/6 weeks. This was exacerbated by the fact that I was always the one that had to chase staff to reschedule appointments, and it often took over a week to make that arrangement. It is not acceptable for a customer to go out of their way to make numerous phone calls and messages to schedule an appointment. Consequently, due to the poor service, my hair grew back very quickly, and after six sessions I was told that I will need further free of charge treatments. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again (cancellations) and there was no visible progress. I have raised my concerns to the previous owner of the company, Jessica Stagg, who responded in a shockingly appalling way. I was told that there is nothing that can be done because firstly, the Taunton clinic no longer exists and secondly, my contract states that I can only receive six sessions, and I was already given additional two. I offered to come in for someone to review my progress, but Jessica refused and was adamant that my skin does not respond to laser removal, hence why I can only see a 20% reduction in hair loss after eight sessions. This, however, is far from true as I could see about 60% hair reduction after first four initial sessions, when I was delivered regular treatments. The staff who performed these treatments also confirmed that my skin is responding well to it. Before I signed the contract in March 2021, I had a telephone consultation with Sophie. I was concerned about having university commitments and the implications of COVID, and wanted to know what would happen if I missed appointments/was not happy with the results. Sophie reassured me that in these events I would be given free sessions to ensure that I am happy with the results. The contract did not stipulate this, but I signed it anyway. Jessica refused to believe that this was ever said to me because it does not make any sense from a business point of view. Admittedly, she is correct, but it nonetheless does not change the fact that this was promised to me. This could have been easily verified if someone listened back to this conversation that was supposedly recorded. I think there are many people out there like myself, who are happy to overlook certain things in the contract because they trust that the staff member is telling them the truth. The company has exploited this and obtained my signature based on false information. Jessica never apologised. She repeatedly said I should be 'grateful' for extra two sessions and the 45% discount. She blamed most missed appointments on me because the staff failed to record these cancellations on their system. Again, this could have been easily checked if someone bothered to go through emails and messages on social media, where it can be seen who is at fault. Jessica offered to provide me with the details of her legal team. She never actually sent it, even after chasing her for weeks. The Taunton clinic no longer exists, and the staff from other clinics do not care about the pre-existing clients and they offer no help. Clearly, the company and its owner are ignorant and money orientated. Do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else. Service: Laser hair removal

I had a course of 6 laser hair removal at the Taunton skin clinic, and am loving being hair free still a year on! The team were friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable particularly when lasering the bikini area. I know go there regularly for the Etox treatment for weight loss, and lymphatic drainage and I love it - so relaxing! 10/10 would recommend them! Service: Laser hair removal

Went for plasma pen treatment. To tighten eye skin The numbing cream didn't numb. I felt them burning me !!! My skin had never healed on my lids like permanent sunburn and bright red and my under eye bags are loose and discoloured worse than befor 500.00 that cost and I was due z follow up. No one had returned my calls (atleast five messages left) it's disgraceful. , I cannot believe no one has bothered to reply but they ll happily rip u off!!!!
