Tried to open a joint account in branch and was told we had to do it online. tried to do it online and was told to do it in the branch. called their support and they also said you have to do it in branch. Wasted my time trying to setup an account and going into town to then be turned away even though that is what you have to do

Horrible experience ever from a bank. Worst customer service from a lady with poor attitude on the counter.

I called Barclays back in October 2022 to get an update on my mortgage application. I spoke with Katarzyna Kozlowska, who was really polite over the phone. She went above and beyond to assist me with my request. She handled to call with a positive attitude, which made me feel very calm despite the stressful situation that I was in. Such poor service, not enough staff. Appointments to see someone face to face over 10 days wait.
