I have been there twice, once to open an account and another to send money overseas, both times the issues were handled with care. I am very happy with both Johns at the establishment for making me feel welcomed and valued. Cheers

I have been with HSBC over 20 years!, I walked into branch to talk about a small mortgage where I was shrugged off and bluntly replied to, he just looked through me and said nothing as if I was wasting his time after that untill I walked off. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I doubt I shall be with HSBC much longer One star is because I can't go lower !
